CIS Excellence Awards, Hilton Glasgow

The annual CIS Excellence Awards once again saw the finest of Scotland's catering, hospitality and tourism talent recognised for their innovation and commitment with in the industry. Over 400 guests attended the sell out event at the Hilton Glasgow for a champagne reception, lavish meal prepared by Head Chef James Murphy and the CIS Excellence After Party in association with LA Bartenders and Frangelico.
