On Thursday the 18th May 2006, the Glasgow Hilton welcomed over 400 guests to the annual Catering in Scotland Excellence Awards Dinner to recognise and celebrate the innovation and fineness shown in Scotland’s hospitality and tourism industries. A champagne reception was followed by an exquisite four course meal with colourful cabaret entertainment and the charming Heather Suttie as host.
